| 摘 要： | 介绍了由甘氨酸铜路线制备 DL-苏氨酸的合成方法及影响因素。实验分为两部分 :苏氨酸铜的制备和 DL-苏氨酸的制备。制备苏氨酸铜的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度为2 0～ 30℃ ,p H值为 9,乙醛与甘氨酸的物质的量比为 4∶ 1。 DL-苏氨酸制备的工艺条件 :底物的质量分数为 1 4% ,流速为 2～ 3m L/ mi

| Abstract: | This paper introduces how to synthesize DL threonine by using gly Cu line.The experiment consists of two parts:the preparation of thr Cu and the preparation of DL thr.The optimum technological conditions for the preparation of thr Cu are obtained when the temperature of reaction is 20~30 ℃,the pH is 9,and the mole proportion of MeCHO and Gly is 4∶1 .The technological conditions for preparation of DL thr are obtained when the mass fraction of thr Cu is 14% and the velocity of flow is 2~3 mL/min. |
