| 摘 要： | 在介绍了1977年Hooke修订的弹流理论润滑状态图之后,阐述了江苏工学院机械设计教研室提供的更佳的润滑状态图。应用该图探讨了齿轮传动在啮合区的油膜厚度分布规律,为齿轮的优化设计具有良好的润滑油膜提示了途径。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the state of E.H.D. lubrication modified by Hookc in 1977 and deals with a better one developed by the Machine Design Teaching and Research Section of Jiangsu Institute of Technology. By using this diagram the distribution of lubricant film thickness in the gear engagement is investigated thus providing the basis for the optimized design of gears with satisfactory film lubrication. |
