Research on Social Ethical Location of "the Rural Potential Employment Group"

Recently,the "the rural potential employment group" makes contributions for their own development and social development.But,its social ethic position is still a question.They are always discriminated by others for no reason both in hometown and out of hometown.It not only damages their enthusiasm for work,hurts their human dignity and abases their living qualities,but also baffles the harmonious and healthy development of society.Theoretically,the ethics localization of "rural potential employment group" is stressed.Their present living condition,living feature and their social role will be ethically discussed.By doing this,it provides us a theory reference to eliminate the social discrimination which "rural potential employment group" faces and to promote the equality of society.
