On the Base of Human Theory in "Ethics of Development"

The propositions of "Development serves human being" and "To regard human being as root" are the proposition of traditional humanitarianism,and it can't resolve new questions suggested by our era. Our time needs a new humanitarianism. This new humanitarianism suggests a question regarding "What should human being be?" while this is just a basic question of developmental ethics. New humanitarianism realized a switch of historicity,from "individual standard" to "human standard", from "absolute subjective consciousness" to "limited subjective consciousness", from "consciousness of enjoyment" to "consciousness of existence", from "consciousness of secularism" to "future consciousness".
