| Abstract: | To study how small-and-medium-size enterprises put E-Business into effect not only has a grand significance to the development of the enterprises themselves, but also has a far-reaching influence in keeping sustained, stable and health development of the national economy. While analyzing the necessity of small-and-medium-sized enterprises' implementing E-Business, concrete train of thoughts and schemes for enforcement are given. |
