| 摘 要： | 目前越来越多的院校增设了生物技术和生物工程专业。文中以微生物技术为例，讨论了微生物学等相关课程实验教学内容的设置与实施，使其在有限的学时内对学生进行系统的微生物技术培训，在激发学生兴趣的同时，提高学生的动手能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
