广西产棒柄花的化学成分研究

摘    要:为了研究棒柄花的化学成分,采用硅胶柱层析色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用技术和重结晶方法分离和纯化广西产棒柄花(Cleidion brevipetiolatum)乙醇提取物石油醚部位和氯仿部位的化合物,通过理化性质和波普技术鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了29个化合物,其中17个脂肪酸,2个脂肪烃,2个脂肪醇,4个脂肪烃酸酯,1个脂肪烃酮,蒲公英赛酮,3-乙酰氧基-12-齐墩果烯-28-醇,豆甾醇。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:To study the chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese herb from Cleidion brevipetiolatum.Twenty nine compounds(incuding seventeen fatty acid compounds,two hydrocarbons,two aliphaticalcohols,four fatty acid esters,one fatty ketone,taraxerone,3-acetoxyolean-12-en-28-ol,and stigmasterol) were isolated by using silica gel column chromatography and recrytallization.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties,GC-MS and spectroscopic analysis.All compounds were isolated from...
