高职空乘人才专业技能培养的问题与对策

加强大学生专业技能培养是当前许多高校面对的一个现实而紧迫的问题。本文以高职空乘人才的专业技能培养为例,分析了学生专业技能培养存在的主要问题,提出必须从课程设置、人才培养模式、实训基地建设、师资建设等当面着手,不断改革创新,提升空乘人才的专业技能。

Problems and Countermeasures of Training Professional Skills for the Higher Vocational Students Majored in Flight Attendant

To enhance training of students' professional skills is a real and pressing problem in many universities.This paper took the professional skills training of flight attendant students in higher vocational as an example,analyzed the main problems of the students' professional skills training,and suggested that higher vocation must make reform and innovation in the course constitution,mode of talent training,practice base construction and teachers' construction.
