基于灰色马尔可夫链模型的房价预测

由于商品房价格变化呈现随机性波动特征,分析房价变化与未来房价走势对于决策部门而言十分重要。本文将灰色系统预测模型与马尔可夫链有机结合,构成灰色马尔可夫链预测模型,对未来某一时段的房价进行预测,结果表明,灰色马尔可夫链模型能有效提高预测的精度和效果,符合实际要求。

Predicting Housing Price Based on Grey Markov Chain Model

As the change of housing price showed a random fluctuation,analysis on price changes and future price movements is very important for decision-making purposes.This article combined Grey predicting model with Markov chain to form Grey Markov chain predicting model to predict the price of a future time.The results showed that the Grey Markov chain model can effectively improve the prediction accuracy and effectiveness,in line with actual requirements.
