速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片的杀菌效果试验及现场应用

摘    要:介绍了速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片的杀菌效果,并对现场应用效果进行监测。将泡腾片分别制成50,100,150mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液,对5种常见微生物进行消毒实验,观察消毒效果。将泡腾片制成150mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液,应用于华北制药集团北元有限公司的制药洁净车间,对进入万级洁净区人员的手部、物料传递和万级区环境、设备进行消毒处理,监测现场应用效果。该速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片溶于水后,5min内即可完全溶解、活化;制成的150mg/L二氧化氯消毒液1min就可以杀灭全部受试微生物;活化后的二氧化氯消毒液存放时间超过1d,杀菌能力明显降低。实验得出速溶型二氧化氯泡腾片对细菌具有良好的杀灭效果,但使用时必须现用现配,制成的二氧化氯消毒液存放时间不得超过1d。
