紫苏花芽生理分化期叶片内源激素含量变化的动态研究

摘    要:在对紫苏花芽生理分化期判定的基础上,对花芽生理分化期叶片内源激素IAA,ZR,ABA,GA含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:不同处理每种激素变化的趋势基本一致,4种激素峰值顺序出现,诱导期中相对低的IAA含量,IAA/GA有利于花芽诱导的完成,孕育期中相对高的IAA,ZR含量,ZR/GA则有利于紫苏花芽的分化,且孕育期中ZR/GA值与成花率具有明显的相关性。

Abstract:In this paper on the basic of studying physiological flower bud differentiation phase of Perilla frutesens(L.)Britte, the content of IAA?ZR?ABA?GA was studied. The results showed that each of the endogenous hormones had the same chanegs in different treatments and reached their highest contents in sequences. The results also showed that lower IAA content and IAA/GA in the floral induction were needed and that higher IAA?ZR contents and ZR/GA were required in the floral initiation, furthermore the ZR/GA in floral initiation had obvious correlation with the percentage of flower bud formation.
