快速原型技术的研究现状及存在的问题

摘    要:快速原型是技术是激光技术、计算机技术、数控技术、材料科学、机械工程技术的集成.该文介绍了快速原型技术的原理、其主要的工艺种类光固化立体造型(SLA)、分层实体制造(LOM)、选择性激光烧结(SLS)、熔融沉积制造(FDM)的研究现状,探讨了该技术现在所面临的问题.

Abstract:Rapid prototyping is a technology which laser technology, computer technology, numerical control technology, materials science, mechanical engineering and technology are integrating.This paper introduces the principle of rapid prototyping technology, research status of the main craft type including stereo lithography (SLA) , laminated object manufacturing (LOM) , selective laser sintering (SLS) , fused deposition manufacturing (FDM), and discusses the existing problems now.
