化学镀镍磷合金镀液成分优化的研究

摘    要:通过参阅大量的文献,初步确定了镍磷合金化学镀液的基本成分和工艺参数,在此基础上,改变化学镀液中还原剂、络合剂的浓度,研究化学镀液的沉积速度及稳定性所受到的影响.实验结果表明,次亚磷酸钠与乳酸的浓度对化学镀液的沉积速度和稳定性都有显著的影响.由此,确定了镍磷合金化学镀液的优化成分,主要成分的浓度如下:硫酸镍为26.85 g/L、次亚磷酸钠为27 g/L、乳酸为28 mL/L、无水乙酸钠为20 g/L、Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O为0.002 g/L.

Abstract:Plentiful literature was perused and the elementary component of electroless plating solution, as well as the technique parameters for preparing Ni -Palloy eoating by electroless plating solution were confirmed in this paper. Based on previous research, we discussed the effect of reducing agent and complexing agent concentration on the deposition rate and stability of the electroless plating solution. The results showed that the sodium hypophosphite and lactic acid concentration strongly affected the deposition rate and stability of the electroless plating solution. Based on the above conclusion, we established the optimization component of electroless plating solution for Ni - Palloy coating. It is that the concentration of nickel sulfate in solution was 26. 85g/L; Sodium hypophosphite concentration was 27 g/L; Lactic acid concentration was 28 mL/L; Sodium acetate anhydrous concentration was 20 g/L、Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O为0.002 g/L.
