微生物原生质体辐射诱变及其红外吸收特征的研究

摘    要:本文测出两种微生物原生质体(黑曲霉和阿氏假囊酵母)和DNA分子红外吸收光谱的几个主要吸收峰位置是极为一致的,两种原生质体和DNA分子经过辐照后对红外吸收均表现出不同程度的变化,这些变化可能是由于细胞内DNA分子经辐射后发生了一定变化,相应地导致了菌体的变异。上述两种微生物经辐射诱变后,比较诱变株及亲株红外吸收光谱,结果表明,尽管经过若干传代,诱变林和亲株红外吸收仍保持了某些一致性,同时又因经过诱变表现了某些变化,由此表明,微生物的原生质体和DNA分子的红外吸收与辐射诱变之间具有一定程度的相关性。

Abstract:It is reported that the wavelength of infrared obsorption for 2 protoplasts(Asp.3 396;E.A) is 875-1700;1060-1640;and for DNA molecules,800-1700.It seems that their wavelentgths are very similar with eath other There are some differences for the wavelength of infrared obsorption on the effect of U.V-irradition for 2 protoplasts (Asp.3.396;E.A) and, DNA molecules. The wavel engths of infrared obsorption for 2 parents (Asp.3.396;Asp.3.315) and idts mutants (Asp.626;Asp.16-1-1) are not only very similar, but also different to some extent Our experimental results indicats that the chracteristic and relativity for infraared obsorption of microorganism protoplasts and DNA molecules may be very useful for the study on mutangnic machanism.
