糖尿病家兔胰岛素受体结合性质及巯基含量的研究

摘    要:采用^125I-胰岛素标记法研究糖尿病模型家兔肝细胞膜中胰岛素受体与胰岛素的结合性质,用巯基测试法测定正常和糖尿病模型家兔肝脏胰岛素受体的巯基含量,实验证明糖尿病家兔肝细胞膜胰岛素受体不论是胰岛素的高亲和位点还是低亲和位点,胰岛素受体与胰岛素的解离都显著减弱.巯基测试结果表明糖尿病模型家兔肝脏的胰岛素受体巯基含量明显下降,提示糖尿病家兔肝脏可能存在氧化损伤.

Abstract:The binding properties of insulin receptor and insulin in liver membrane of diabetic model rabbits were investigated by 125I-insulin marking method.The thiol group amounts of insulin receptor in liver membrane of normal and diabetic model rabbits were determined by thiol group assay.The experiment showed that the dissociation of insulin receptor with insulin was obviously impaired at high and low affinity sites in the liver membrane of the diabetic rabbits.The thiol group amounts of insulin receptor in live...
