高效翅柱复合型散热器的流动与散热性能研究

摘    要:针对平板翅片式散热器存在的不足,提出了一种翅片间设有钉柱的翅柱复合型散热器.钉柱能够使通过该散热器的气流受到扰动,从而提高其散热性能.通过对2种散热器通道内的流动换热进行数值计算和实验验证,结果表明:在相同的风速下,翅柱式散热器表面的Nusselt数比板翅式散热器高30%~50%;在相同的泵送功率下,翅柱式散热器的收益因子比板翅式散热器约高20%.因此,在相同的工况下,翅柱式散热器具有更好的散热性能,并具有可靠性高、使用成本低的优点,在电力电子设备的冷却中具有较高的使用价值.

Abstract:A plate-pin fin heat sink (PPFHS) with circular pins staggered between parallel plate fins was proposed to improve air cooling for electronic devices. A primary function of the pins is disturbing airstreams passing through the heat sink. Numerical simulations were performed on turbulent flow and heat transfer in flow passages of a PPFHS and a plate fin heat sink (PFHS). The simulation results show that the average Nusselt number on the surface of the PPFHS is 30-50 percent higher than that of the PFHS at a fixed wind velocity, and the ratio of heat dissipation rate to pumping power for the PPFHS is about 20 percent higher than that for the PFHS under the condition of equal pumping power. Therefore, the PPFHS can get better cooling results than the PFHS under the same cooling conditions.
