| 摘 要： | 西汉前期,朝廷多方面为加强专制皇权而努力,着力神化皇权,主要力量用于消灭异姓王,削弱同姓王。《淮南子》从另类角度,提出了与主流社会不同的国家理论与法制思想,被皇帝视为叛逆,制造了一次惨烈的文字狱。

| Abstract: | Earlier in the Western Han Dynasty,the Court tried hard to strengthen and deify its authoritative royalty by annihilating princes' power with different surnames and weakening the princes' power of the same surname.The book Huainanzi put forward a state theory and thoughts of legislation different from the mainstream society at that time from a special perspective,which was considered as a treason by the emperor.As a result,a violent Literary Inquisition was created. |
