| 摘 要： | 从陇油6号油菜中克隆得到了一种新的MAP激酶基因BnMPK6,全长1521 bp,其中包括1185 bp的开放阅读框,81 bp的5′非翻译区(5′UTR),255 bp的3′非翻译区(3′UTR).与拟南芥AtMPK6同源性达86.9%,因此命名为BnMPK6(GenBank登录号为HQ156228).该基因编码394个氨基酸的蛋白质,分子量44.8 kDa,等电点为5.13.实时荧光定量PCR结果表明该基因表达量随着低温胁迫时间的增长而增高,说明BnMPK6基因受低温胁迫诱导表达.

| Abstract: | A new MAPK cDNA BnMPK6 was isolated from Brassica napus.The cloned full-length cDNA was 1 521 bp,containing a 1185 bp ORF,a 5’-untranslated region(UTR) about 81 bp and a 3’-untranslate region(UTR) about 255 bp.The nucleotide sequence of BnMPK6 was 86.9%identical with that of AtMPK6, hence named BnMPK6(The accession NO in GenBank is HQ156228).The gene encoded a protein of 394 amino acids with a deduced molecular weight about 44.8 kDa and PI of 5.13.Analysis by real-time PCR indicated that the expression of BnMPK6 increased in response to cold stress. |
