基于CAN总线的换热器水泵变频调速控制系统

摘    要:列管式换热器是化工行业中重要的生产装置.为了提高对换热器出水口温度的控制精度,提出了一种采用变频调速技术,并将多台换热器通过CAN总线联网进行监控的技术方案,详细阐述了以单片机为核心的变频调速控制系统软、硬件实现方法,并对CAN总线通信程序和下位机智能节点设计进行了分析.该技术方案已在化工企业生产中成功应用,控制系统运行可靠,在进一步控制温度的基础上,有效地提高了产品质量.

Abstract:The heat exchanger is the important device in chemical industry enterprise. Under the accuracy control for the water outlet temperature, a technology scheme is proposed using variable frequency control system which based on CAN bus, the software and the hardware method of variable frequency control system is introduced centering on single-chip microcomputer, and the communication program and nodal intelligence of CAN bus are analyzed in details. The technology .scheme has been applied to chemical industry enterprise successfully, and the temperature control system has raised product quality by working reliably.
