摘    要:随着我国城市机动化进程的不断加快,许多城市面临的交通压力越来越大。小汽车交通的盛行带来了一系列的问题:交通拥堵、空气污染、能源消耗、交通事故以及社会的不公平性等,优先发展公共交通被认为是缓解众多交通问题、节约社会资源和能源、促进交通和城市可持续发展的最主要和最有效的途径之一,如何实现社会车辆和私人交通的共同发展则是一个重要的挑战。以四平路的交通数据为背景,采用了数据比较、理想模型、现场实证、类比推衍等方法,从下沉式通道、潮汐车道、道路渠化这三种交通设施的设置和应用对未满足设置公交专用道条件的主干道的影响加以分析,并针对该路段的一些问题提出了针对性的意见以实现公交优先和私人交通的进一步双赢。

The Study of the Influence of the Public Transport Facilities to the Traffic on the Main Road which is the Non-Bus Lanes-- Take Siping Road, Shanghai, as an Example

Abstract:With the unceasingly accelerating process of the motorization in China, many cities are fa- cing increasing traffic pressure. The prevalence of car traffic has brought a series of problems : traffic congestion, air pollution, energy consumption, traffic accidents and social unfairness, etc. Giving pri- ority to the development of public transport is considered as one of the most important and most ef- fective way to relieve so many traffic problems, save social resource and energy and promote the sus- tainable development of both cities and transportation, how to achieve a win-win situation of public transportaition and private transport is an important challenge. The article has chosen the data of Si- ping Road as background ,using the data comparison, the ideal model ,on-site evidence, analogy ,and other methods, to analyze the impact of the settings and applications of both sunken channel and tidal lane to the main road which can't meet the conditions to set the bus lanes. It has also raised some targeted advices to this road in order to realize a further win-win situation to both public transport and private transport.
