摘    要:螺杆压缩机的泄漏情况与螺杆的啮合线及泄漏三角形有密切关系,以往的型线设计是先确定其中一转子的端面型线来求取其啮合线及其共轭曲线,本文直接从较为理想的啮合线出发,反过来求取螺杆的共轭型线,也就是应用逆命题的方法。本文导出了从啮合线求取共轭型线的积分方程,以螺杆常用型线为例加以说明,并进一步阐明了对以离散点给出的任意啮合线求取螺杆共轭型线的方法,为优化设计螺杆齿形提供了有效的方法。

Abstract:The leakage Through the meshing rotors of a screw compressor is closely related to the screw intermeshing curves and leak triangles. In the past, the rotor profiles were designed by fitting the intermeshing curve and conjugate profile of one rotor to a predetermined profile of a coupled rotor. This paper investigates the possibility of seeking directly, in a converse manner, for a conjugate rotor profile on the basis of a given ideal intermeshing curve. We call it a converse method of rotor profile design. In this paper an integral equation is derived to form conjugate profiles from intermeshing curves with the illustrations of commonly used profiles; and the method of screw rotor profile conjugation with any arbitrary meching curves given in the form of discrete points is further expounded as an effective approach to the optimum design of screw gears.
