空调风扇叶片进口角及弦长变化对其固有频率的影响

摘    要:用有限元方法对空调风扇叶片进口角、叶片弦长变化对其固有频率的影响规律进行了研究 .首先利用一个悬臂梁算例验算了软件有限元计算的误差情况 ,接着分析低阶条件下的空调风扇简化模型的合理性 ,最后在叶片进口角、叶片弦长变化等不同条件下 ,对简化模型进行固有频率计算 ,得到了叶片进口角、叶片弦长变化对空调风扇固有频率影响的近似规律

Abstract:This paper presents effects of blade on frequency of fan in air conditioners using finite element analysis method when the angle of air-inlet and the chordal length of blade are changed.First an example of canti lever beam is used to check the correctness of values got by using a finite elem ent analysis software.Then the applicability of a simplified calculating model o f the fan in low order vibration condition is discussed.Finally,calculating mode l is used to analyze the effects of different angles of air-inlet and different chordal lengths of blade on frequency so that the approximative effect law abou t blade parameters bringing to the fan in air conditioner in frequency field is gotten.
