金针菇深层培养营养需求的探索

摘    要:采用液体摇瓶培养法,对金针菇深层培养的适用碳、氮源,最适浓度及其发酵周期进行了探讨.结果表明,金针菇深层培养的适用碳源是籼米粉,适用氮源是黄豆饼粉,其最适碳源浓度为2.5%,氮源浓度为1.5%,最适发酵周期为5d.

Abstract:The appropriate carbon and nitrogen source,their optimum concentrations,as well as the optimum fermentation period for Collylia velutipes in submerged culture with shake flask were studied.The results showed that the appropriate carbon source for Collylia velutipes in submerged culture was Rice starch 2,the appropriate nitrogen source was soybean cake powder,the optimum concentratin of nitrogen source was 2.5 percent,the optimum concentration of carbon source was 1.5 percent.while the fermentation period was 5 days.
