| 摘 要： | 随着《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的实施,公共图书馆在政府信息公开方面的作用愈显突出。分析了公共图书馆开展政府信息公开工作的自身有利条件和外在限制性因素,探讨了公共图书馆在政府信息公开方面的角色定位问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the implementation of ,the function of public library in the disclosure of government information is becoming prominent. This paper analyzes both internal favorable conditions and external limiting factors of public library in carrying out the disclosure of government information,and probes into the problem of role positioning of the public library in the disclosure of government information. |
