| Abstract: | Only carrying out the carrier management and planning for the librarians based on innovation concept, can university library constantly keep and recruit talents and thus improve the core competence of university library. Starting from the connotation of university librarians＇ carrier management, this paper analyzes some problems currently existing in university librarians＇ carrier management, and puts forward some strategies for the innovation of career management of university librarians. |
