| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，农村的家族势力有所抬头，其主要表现为修族谱、建宗祠。家族在村治过程中，尤其是在政治录用、利益表达、决策及决策的施行等几个环节中扮演了重要的角色，并在农村的政治生活中起一定的作用，但这种作用并非主导性因素。

| Abstract: | Since China carried out reforming and opening up policy, the influence of clans in rural China has expanded. In rural areas, people compile family tree and build ancestral hall to revivify clan. By analysing what role the clans play in village political process, especially in political recruitment, interest articulation, decision making, and decision implementation, this paper comes to the conclusion that clans have some influence in village political process, but their influence isn't the leading factor in rural political lives. |
