| Abstract: | The present Chinese society is, on the whole, stable and harmonious. Nevertheless, it is beyond denial that there still exist conspicuous conflicts and issues that may affect social harmony. Therefore, it is of vital importance for the construction of harmonious socialist community to analyze the above-mentioned factors and seek a legal countermeasure to solve the potential problems. |
