液压马达低速摩擦转矩特性的实验研究

摘    要:对比例阀控液压马达低速摩擦转矩特性进行实验研究.以比例阀控液压马达静态特性实验曲线为基础,分析了液压马达低速运转时的摩擦转矩特性.建立了测试低速摩擦转矩的实验装置,并确定了实验研究的方法、步骤.测试了不同工作油温、不同负载转矩下的低速摩擦转矩特性,建立了液压马达低速运转下的摩擦转矩模型.实验结果表明:液压马达低速摩擦转矩具有严重的非线性,而且受油液温度和负载转矩变化的影响很大;所建立的低速摩擦转矩模型与实验结果基本一致.

Abstract:Low-velocity friction torque characteristics of proportional valve-controlled hydraulic motors are studied by experiment.Low-velocity friction torque characteristics of hydraulic motors are analyzed based on the steady-state experimental curves of proportional valve-controlled hydraulic motor.Experimental devices to measure low-velocity friction torque were designed,and the experimental method and procedure described.The low-velocity friction torque characteristics have been tested under different oil temperatures and load torques,and the low-velocity friction torque model is obtained from the test data.The study results showed that the low-velocity friction torque of the hydraulic motor has severe nonlinearities,and the oil temperature and load torque variations have a marked effect on it.The low-velocity friction torque model proposed in this paper conformed well to the experimental results.
