电流反馈氦氖激光器功率稳定系统的研究

摘    要:本文提出一种电流反馈氦氖激光器功率稳定方法,该方法简单、可靠、成本低、稳定性能好。分析了反馈电路对稳定系统性能的影响。开机13分钟后即进入稳定状态,此时这个稳定系统的功率稳定度达到0.5%,且工频脉冲干扰基本消失。

Abstract:Here the paper puts forward a method of stabilizing the power of the "HeNe" Laser by a feedback electric current. This method has many advantages such as simplicity, reliability, low cost, satisfactory stability of the power, the thesis emphatically analyses the influence performed by a feedback circuit on The steady system property. This system can reach to a steady state after it is turned on for 13 minutes, whose poeer degrees stabilize at 0.5 percent, inhibits effectively the interference in output of laser from power pulsate, thus it is of practical value.
