| 摘 要： | 针对目前地铁施工灾害频发，提出建立“防”“控”结合的地铁施工监测体系的重要性。并以某地铁工程为例，运用现场调查法以及WBS-RBS分析法，在分析先前地铁盾构施工灾害监测体系的基础上，利用可拓理论建立盾构施工灾害监测体系，分析监测指标，进行量化分析，最终实现准确监测，减少事故发生的目的。
