| Abstract: | This paper makes brief exposition of the functions and targets of the cost control for the goods flow, introduces the differences between China and the developed countries in aspect of rationed delivery cost control in the cost control of the goods flow, and points out that only when the new management concept of the goods flow is established, only through the innovation, and only going on the road of informatization and standardization, can the cost of the goods flow be effectively controlled. |
