| 摘 要： | 结合IT项目相对于传统项目的特点说明了IT项目质量管理的特点，分析了全面质量管理（TQM）中的现代质量管理方法在IT项目质量管理中的适用性，并给出了部分工具在IT项目质量规划、质量保证、质量控制阶段中的应用例子，指出了现代质量管理方法和工具也适用于有着特殊性质的IT项目中。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison between IT projects and traditional projects, characteristics of IT project quality management are presented. Applicability of modern quality management methods and tools of TQM in IT Project Quality Management are analyzed. Tool-use cases in IT project quality planning; quality assurance and quality control are presented too. A conclusion is that modern quality management methods and tools are applicable in IT Project Quality Management, which have especial characteristics. |
