| 摘 要： | 理论创新是马克思主义的实践性品格,马克思主义理论创新的过程其实就是把马克思主义的普遍真理同社会实际相结合的过程。用发展着的马克思主义指导新的实践,最根本的就是要用“三个代表”重要思想统领和推进我们的工作,对全面建设小康社会的实践进行指导。

| Abstract: | The theoretical innovation is Marxist practical character. The process of theoretical innovation actually is the process of the integration of Marxist universal truth with societal practice. To guide our new practice with the development of Marxism, it is the most fundamental that we must plan our work as a whole and promote it with the important thought of the "three rcpresentatives" to guide the practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way. |
