翻管工艺的研究

摘    要:本文通过对外翻管工艺的实验研究,分析了翻管的变形特征,提出了扩口-卷曲-翻卷三种变形模式和扩口刚性端的概念.分析研究变形模式的转化条件和各种失稳型式产生的原因,导出了锥形模翻管的临界锥角、自由卷曲半径和圆角模翻管的终止曲率半径的公式.提供了翻管的多种方法、模具设计基本要求和一些有效的工艺措施.

Abstract:A special metal forming process, the tube evagination, is studied. Through experimental investigation, it has been found that tube evagination is a transforming process with three deformation modes, flaring, curling and evagination. An idea of flaring rigid end is suggested. The influence of some technological parameters such as the flaring rigid end, conical die angle etc. On the evaginating process, and the transforming conditions for the three deformation modes are analyzed. The failure modes observed in the experiments and the reason for their occurrence are discussed. The ex-pressions for critical die angle acr, free curling radius p, the final curling angle and final radius of curvature p, in agreement with the experi-mental results are derived. Various technological processes for tube evagi-nation and basic requirements on the die design are proposed.
