| 摘 要： | 随着营运客运车辆的增加,给管理机关带来了一定的压力和难度,以往通过电话和传真的办公及管理方式已不能满足当前的需要;这种管理模式与互联网十分普及的现在相比已经显得落后了,通过Internet来管理营运客运车辆已成为趋势。
