| 摘 要： | “入世”给高校图书馆带来挑战的同时也带来了机遇，高校图书馆应审视自身的状况和存在的问题，加快信息基础设施的建设及信息文献资源的优化，改善信息服务方式，提高信息服务质量，加强信息安全保障，提高图书馆人员素质，以适应加入WTO后的新环境。
