窗式空调器中轴流通风系统的降噪研究

摘    要:窗式空调器的降噪,始终是广大用户最关切的问题之一.本文对空调器轴流通风系统产生噪声的机理作了一定深度的理论分析及有关的实验室试验,可使KC-18型窗式空调器的室内噪声降低到49dB.降低空调器轴流通风系统噪声的关键技术,并不在于对自由扇的优化设计,而在于对轴流通风系统整体的低噪声结构设计.这是当前有效地降低窗式空调器噪声中,最简而易行的技术方案之一.

Abstract:Noise control of the room air conditioner has been one of the problems which most of the users show great concerning over. In this paper, some theoretical analysises and relative tests in the laboratory on the noise produced from the axial-flow ventilation system in room air conditioners have been made. The result of this study lowered the noise level of the inner side of the room air conditioner KC-18 type to 49 dB (A), (the National Standard is less than or equal to 54 dB (A)). The key technique of lowering the noise level from ventilation system in air conditicners doesn't liein the opitmum design of the free fan, but lie in the structure design of low noise. This is one of the most available technique for lowering the noise level of the room air conditioner effectively.
