石子砂浆界面裂缝发展的实验和仿真研究(英文)

摘    要:用解析数值方法来确定复合材料内部裂缝发展和外载的定量关系直至破坏阶段,为了确定复合材料裂缝的扩展就需要比较各方向的应力强度因子和相应的断裂韧性并寻找出最弱面。由于裂缝扩展的实验参数保持固定(按工程精度),则数值预测和实验结果吻合良好。对混凝土内部裂缝和宏观力学特性的定量规律研究为混合体强度估算和混凝土力学性能改进提供了新途径。该数值方法也适用于界面裂缝通向沙浆的分析。

Abstract:The analytical-numerical method is used for determining quantitative relationship between outer load and inner crack propagation of complex material to the stage of damage. In order to determine the propagation of cracks in complex material, it is necessary to compare the stress Intensity factor in every direction with its corresponding fracture toughness and find out the weakest face. Since experimental parameters of crack propagation keep stable (in engineering precision), the numerical predictions are in good agreement with experimental results. Study on quantitative rule between inner crack and macro-mechanical properties of concrete offers a new way for the strength evaluation of the mixtrue and for the improvement of mechanical properties of concrete. The present numerical method is suitable for the analysis of the juncture crack running through mortar.
