中国癌症与土壤环境中As元素的关系

摘    要:利用土壤环境中砷元素资料32335个数据,癌死亡调查资料787080例,研究了胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、宫颈癌、肺癌、大肠癌、白血病、鼻咽癌、乳腺癌死亡率与人群生存区土壤环境中砷元素的关系。结果表明,肺癌、大肠癌、白血病、乳腺癌死亡率与砷元素有相关性,等级相关系数分别为-0.5798(P〈0.001),-0.5123(P〈0.005),-0.4596(P〈0.01),-0.6820(P〈0.0005)。

Abstract:This paper presents the studies on the relativities between the mortality of gastric cancer,esophagus cancer,liver cancer,cervix cancer,lung cancer,large intestine cancer,leukemia,nasopharygeal cancer,breast cancer and soil arsenic content in the living areas of people group.Based on 32 335 data of soil arsenic content and the data of 787 080 cancer death cases the results showed that the mortality of lung cancer,large intestine cancer,leukemia, breast cancer was obviously correlated to arsenic content in soil and the correlation coefficient gradation was -0.579 8( P <0.001),-0.512 3( P <0.005),-0.459 6( P <0.01),-0.682 0( P <0.000 5) respectively.
