摘    要:卷扬机传动轴的断裂为典型的低应力脆断事故,主要原因是传动轴的组织疏松、晶粒粗大、。热处理质量不合格和冲击韧性偏低.其次为轴肩处未留过渡圆角,造成局部的应力集中和复杂应力状态.

Abstract:The failure of the driving shaft in a hoister is caused by typical brittle fracture under low stress. It originates mainly from loose and coarse grains of the material as well asthe inappropriate heat treatment which results in low impact toughness. It also originatesfrom lack of transition arc at the shoulder of the step-shaft which cause both the stress concentration and the complex stress conditions.
