| Abstract: | It was during the period, the last years just before the new power coming into being and the first years immediately after its establishment, that Mao Zedong, on the basis of his correct understanding of the economic constrution in socialist China form his own experiences, Put forward for the first time the idea of opening to the outside world, but is failed to be developed because of international circumstance then, Now reviewing the theory of opening to the outside world by Mao Zadong will be still very helpful for our policy of opening to the outside world today. |
