| Abstract: | Advancing the qualities education in an all round way is a concrete embodiment of implementing the Party's education policy. Active development of art education forms a key part in the task of culture and qualities education. The necessity of art education,the goal in the education and the most effective way in which it can be achieved are tried to demonstrate.Should give full play to the Communist Youth Association and carry out education in line with local conditions. |
