| 摘 要： | 自助旅游是一种迅速发展的新兴旅游形式，其游客行为特征具有个性化、多样性等特点,九寨沟作为比较成熟的生态旅游地，自助游客群在急剧增加．通过调查问卷形式统计分析了九寨沟自助游客的人口统计学特征、客源地特征、需求特征和消费特征．在此基础上提出了丰富旅游产品、完善设施、加强宣传、规范服务等措施。

| Abstract: | Self-help tour is a new developing tourist form,vistors' behavior characteristics have individual and diversified feature.As a ripe ecotourist region the self-help vistors of Jiu Zhai Gou scenic spot increase quickly.This paper counts up and analyses the self-help vistors feature of statistic population,where they come from,how about their requirement and consumption based on the investigation.The countmeasures include enriching tourist products,perfecting equipment,strengthening publicity and standardizing service. |
