突发公共卫生事件下危机管理研究热点与发展预测

摘    要: 通过中国知网和Web of Science数据库检索了SCI、SSCI、CSSCI索引中1137篇研究突发公共卫生事件下危机管理的文献,运用CiteSpace软件分析了高频共现关键词、突现词、高频共引文献等研究热点知识图谱,探究了社交媒体、危机沟通等知识聚类的演进轨迹及其发展前沿。研究结果发现,有效处置突发性公共卫生事件需要充分发挥大数据信息系统的价值,多方沟通协作的服务链与数据链并重,需要进行包容化、外围化、基层化及非行政化等战略性调整,需要对互联网社交媒体传播的危机信息进行科学引导。

Abstract:In this article, 1137 literature papers about crisis management in public health emergency are searched based on SCI, SSCI and CSSCI indexes through CNKI and Web of Science databases. This article uses CiteSpace software to visualize the distribution of research hotspots by means of high co-occurrence keywords, burst words, high co-citation literature, major researchers, etc. It also explores the evolution track and development frontier of knowledge clustering such as social media and crisis communication. Results show that effective disposal of public health emergencies needs to enhance the value of big data information system, pay equal attention to data chain and service chain of multi-party communication and cooperation. At the same time, adjustment for compatible management strategy is necessary and scientific guidance of crisis information of internet social media are also needed.
