摘    要:研究以钛酸丁酯为前驱物制备TiO2溶胶的工艺过程,采用L16(4^4)正交试验法以溶胶胶凝时间及制得粒子对甲基橙溶液的光降解率为评价指标,系统地研究,分析了溶胶凝胶工艺参数中水加入量,醇加入量,CH3COOH加入量和水解温度对溶胶胶凝过程及制得粒子的光催化活性的影响,正交试验结果获得了最优配方,按最优配方制备的溶胶稳定性好,所制得的粒子光催化活性高。

Abstract:The preparation process of TiO2 sol using Ti ( OC4 H9 )4 as precursor was investigated . By the L16(44) orthogonal experiment method, four factors and their effects were studied,namely,the amount of water addes,the amount of C2H5OH added,the amount of CH3COOH added and the hydrolytic temperature on the Sol-Gel process. The photocatalytic activity of particles obtained was also analyzed. The orthogonal experiments yielded optimum preparation technology. And the stability of the sol prepared according to the optimum technology proved desirable. At the same time the particles obtained showed high photocatalytic activity.
