摘    要:以积极心理学的视角看待高职学生,实施积极心理教育,对重塑高职学生形象,提高高职教育质量,具有其它方式不可替代的意义。对高职学生实施积极教育的策略是:引导学生积极地认识过去,会同学生积极地面对现在,培育学生积极的人格特质,创设满足学生合理需要的平台。

Abstract:The basic content of flexible layering model is facing all students and taking care of individual difference, arranging differernt purposes, carrying out layering teaching and guiding. The necessary important points includes layering teaching plan, deciding layers and examinations. It proves that the flexible lagering models can improve teaching dfficiency.
