纳米二氧化硅改性紫外光固化涂料研究

摘    要:用表面活性剂和硅烷偶联剂对纳米SiO2进行表面处理,将其填充到紫外光固化涂料中,黏度测定和SEM观察表明,SiO2粒子在涂料中分散性好。对涂料进行硬度测定和热失重分析,结果表明:SiO2的加入使涂料固化后的硬度有显著提高,耐热性也有所改善。

Abstract:Nanosilica was treated by surfactant and silane coupling agent and filled into ultra violet curing coating. Viscosity measurement and SEM observation showed that the silica nanoparticles were well dispersed in coating; the hardness of coating was measured and the result indicates that the hardness of coating increased greatly after filling nanosilica. The thermogravimetry analysis shows that the thermal stability of coating was also improved.
