| 摘 要： | 在不同的施主杂质Ｎｂ２Ｏ５含量下，对ＢａＴｉＯ３半导陶瓷样品测量了电流－电压关系，发现结果不遵循经典的海旺模型，而与从修正的势垒模型出发得到的结果符合较好，根据修正的势垒模型，由实验结果导出了ＢａＴｉＯ３陶瓷的最大势垒高度。

| Abstract: | The relations of current- voltage on the samples of donor- doped barium titanate semiconducting ceramics are measured in different Nb2 O5contents,and the result found does not follow the classical Heywang Model,but coincided comparatively with the results con- ducted from the modified model.The maximum potential barrier height was deduced from experimental data according to the modified potential barrier model. |
