灰色孢囊放线菌新种的鉴定

从花园土中分离到一株放线菌,其气生菌丝和基内菌丝上形成假孢囊,气生菌丝亦形成螺旋状孢子丝,细胞壁Ⅰ型,应列入孢囊放线菌属。由于这株菌与国际上已报道孢囊放线菌属的种均不相同,因而是一个新种,定名为灰色孢囊放线菌新种(Actinosporangium griseus sp·nov·)。这是我们继已发现的紫褐孢囊放线菌新种之后的我国又一个同属新种。

Identification of Actinosporangium Griseus sp. nov.

A Strain ( 8502 ) of Actinomycetes was isolated from soil of vegetable field. It is characterized as follows: Pseudosporangia are formed on its aerial mycelia and vegetative mycelia; spiral spore chains are found on aerial mycelia. cell wall type I. Strain 8502 is placed in the genus Actinosporangium. It differs significantly from all reported iniernational species of this genus,and should be considered a new species,for which we propose the name Actinosporangium griseus sp nov,the another new species of Actinosporangium found in our country.
