摘    要:目的:探讨慢性窦道型尖周炎根管治疗术一次法临床疗效.方法:开髓、彻底清理根管内与窦道内坏死感染物和炎性分泌物。适当扩大根管2号-4号,用FC液烧灼并反复刮除窦道内增生的肉芽组织,直至新鲜创面为止。用复方替硝唑液冲洗根管,将替硝唑氢氧化钙剂捣入根管内。置牙胶尖按侧方加压完成根管充填.全部病例经3年追踪观察.结果:随访128例,无1例尖周出现窦道,其中5例因治疗后保护措施不力,已成残根。改作其他修复.结论:慢性窦道型尖周炎根管治疗术一次法替硝唑氢氧化钙糊剂联合牙胶尖周用于根管充填操作简便。节省时间,易于推广.

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effect of one- shot method of root canal therapy on chronic periapical inflammation combined with sinus. Methods:Opening medullary cavity and clearing sphaeelus and secretion in the root canal and sinus. Then moderately expanding root canal, cauterizing and scraping proliferating granulation tissue repeatedly to expose fresh surface of wound. The root canal was irrigated with compound tinidazole and then filled with tinidazole and calcium hydroxide,combined with lateral compression with gutta pereha point. All patients were followed up for 3 years. Results: Among followed- up 128 eases no ease showed periapieal sinus. Residual root happened to 5 eases because of irrational nursing measures and they were treated with the other methods. Conclusion- This method has the advantages of simplicity and saving time and is worth popularizing in the dinical activity.
